Shipping:

At Rider Collective Australia, we pride ourselves on ensuring orders arrive with you punctually. We run live inventory on all stock held in our warehouse and despatch goods on a priority or express service with the fastest available service.

All orders are currently dispatched from our warehouse on the same day or the next business day, Tuesday to Friday.

For this level of service, we charge two rates to ensure coverage over our vast landscape is fast and effective. 

• R.Co AUS Express Shipping - $25.00.
• R.Co AUS Priority Shipping  - $12.50.

Our postal carriers are Australia Post, Star Track, DHL & UPS - on dispatch of your order; you'll receive notification and tracking details by Email or SMS depending on the courier service we have used.

Rider Collective has the right to request a physical address if we cannot post in a timely/cost-effective manner to a PO BOX or Parcel Collect Box. 

Rider Collective will not accept accountability for lost, damaged or stolen orders.

Considerations:

Weekends don’t count. All lead times are on business days (Tue - Fri) and exclude public holidays.

Dispatch is based on items leaving our Somersby Warehouse.

We are human; from time to time items will be out of stock. If this is an issue, we will always ensure we fix this for you and keep you smiling.
